يا ربـة الحسـن البديع السـاحرِ
تجني الرياح على الورود تعسّـفاً
والصيف يمضي مثل ضيفٍ عابر
لو أشرقت عين السماء بقيظـها
حتما ستغرب عن عيون الناظر
ومتى يدوم لذات حسنٍ حسنها
فـالدهـر شيـمته تقـلب ثائر
لكـن صيـفك يا حبيـبة خـالد
وجمـالك الأبدي ليس بغـابر
والموت لا يفني خلود قصيدة
شبت على واحات قلب الشاعر
ما دام هذا الكون ينبض بالحيـــاة
لك الحياة على سطور دفاتري
